It's delicious. Probably my favorite smoothie so far. Who would have ever thought I'd crave something like that? Also
I was at the mall looking at the weights and jump ropes. I learned last year that if I want to do long distances, I need to learn to strength build as well. Not to mention the fact that the MuckFest requires upper body strength. I could get a jump rope for $4, but then I figured I could also probably find one for free on Freecycle, which is this site like craigslist except everything is free. And now that I think about it my parents probably have some of our old toys and stuff in the garage still, maybe they have one. The weights were a little more expensive. They only had up to 5 lbs at 5 Below, and the 10 lbs ones at Sports Authority were $15 I think. I would definitely get my money out of it, but I have this issue with buying weights. Because you are purchasing something whose only purpose is to be heavy. Like, I can fill my bag with a bunch of canned food and it would do the same thing. I've been using a gallon of distilled water that never got used - I bought it for my Venus flytrap - and that works pretty well except the handle is in a bad place haha. And no one has responded to my Freecycle post. So bag of cans it is for now. Classy.
You can also fill big cans with rocks and attach handles! It's what my bro's and I did when we did archery as kids!
